WE PROMISE to be your trusted partner for fashion by delivering the advice, service and the convenience you deserve – all at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair!
You can return everything within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, including sale and clearance items. Simply send your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase, and we will process your return or exchange. We do not provide return shipping labels and shipping cost (if any) is not reimbursed.
Items can be returned for up to 90 days but are subject to a restocking fee:
Up to 30 days NO restocking fee!
30 days to 60 days will have a 10% restocking fee
60 days to 90 days will incur a 20% restocking fee
We want this to be a hassle free experience for you but, like all things, there are just a few rules (we promise to keep it short):
- Items MUST be in the condition that you received them. That means, if there is packaging around the item, that packaging needs to come back to us. Tags MUST still be attached and security tag, if included, must still be in place and unbroken.
- Items must not be worn, laundered, altered, or used. New is new, if you received it new, it needs to come back to us new!

Except in cases of our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ALL items being returned MUST use a trackable shipping service. Items over $500 must have shipping insurance and signature. If we do not receive your item, we will be unable to refund it.
